Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order. To be eligible for a replacement, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all hygiene liners and tags intact.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description

Once reviewed, we’ll provide a replacement or store credit/refund if approved.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
